We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• the item is unused

• the item is in its original condition

• the item is in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as grooming products or pet care items may not be eligible for return if used.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
